Shipping policy
All delivery timeframes are from when we have your items in stock. You will receive an email to the email address given when placing the order to confirm your order has been received and processed.
Free Delivery on orders £300 and over, a delivery charge of £25.00 applies to orders under £300. Shipping is free on all Ceramics & Linen products.
Area covered: UK Mainland Only – * excluding areas mentioned below.
Service: We undertake to deliver all orders received within 7 days, providing that the relevant items are in stock. Notification will be sent for out of stock items, together with the anticipated due date into our warehouse. If you wish to split the order for more than one delivery, a separate charge may be applied to each delivery.
Booking In: We aim to book all orders within 24 hours of receipt, both a text and email will be sent to you with a link to a booking portal, this will allow you to book the delivery on day of choice (excluding weekends) or cancel the order if no longer required. All furniture deliveries are carried out by our nominated carrier BJS. We use a variety of carriers for our Homewares products.
You will be sent a reminder text the day before the delivery and will also be given a 3 hour window delivery slot the evening before. We will require at least two contact details for you, i.e. a mobile number and an email address.
Conditions: All orders will be delivered on a 2 - Person service to a “Room of Choice”. However, this will not involve any unpacking, on-site assembly or removal of packaging. If the delivery teams feel that damages to the product or premises or injury to themselves or others may occur through delivery to a specific room, they have been advised to leave the goods in a safe and convenient place.
Price: £25 on orders under £300 - 2 Man Delivery (up to 4 Cartons – See further pricing below)
Additional Cartons: The above prices are for delivery to one address for up to 4 cartons max. Further cartons will be charged at £9.00 each. If you are placing an order for multiple items we can always advise on the number of cartons your delivery will comprise of.
KY (Kirkcaldy), FK (Falkirk) and DD (Dundee) Postcodes incur a £32.00 surcharge for delivery irrespective of order value.
Delivery to Offshore Isles, Northern Ireland and Scottish Postcodes IV, KW, PA, PH and AB are not included under our standard delivery. We would advise contacting us via email (hello@flockandfig.com) and we will be happy to work with you to arrange a specific courier service, the charge will be advised at the time. Please contact us prior to placing your order.
